A total of 50 waiting post signs were installed for Gol Gohar Iron and Steel Company, according to a written request and attached contract drawings; with a custom structural design by Traffic Saz, as a manufacturer of traffic equipment .
The attached drawings of the employer’s contract were in the form of portable three-dimensional signs with the ability to be positioned, installed, and reassembled to suit the required change of direction in different applications. The three-dimensional signs of the Gol Gohar complex were designed by Traffic Saz in such a way that they were not vulnerable to wind, repeated assembly and multiple installations, and could be reassembled in different places at the same time as the three-dimensional sign rotated and changed direction.
The materials used in this project are as follows:
- Using 2-mil thick grade 8 pipe iron as a movable fastener
- Using 2mm thick grade 7 iron pipe as a fixed base
- Oven paint with a thickness of 70 microns
- Using bolted connections
